- A deposit of half of the rental fee is due immediately to confirm your booking. Deposit is non-refundable. The remaining half plus a $500 damage deposit is required 45 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel after this is received, we will refund this half of the rental fee if we are able to rebook the villa for the dates reserved for you.
- Rental fee includes daily housekeeping. Cook for hire at a rate of $25 USD for dinner and $50 USD for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Conveniences: Virtually anything one could want is available within a short distance of the villa, including supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, banks and ATM machines, modern pharmacies, car rental companies, etc. Plaza Manzanillo is approximately a 10 minute drive away, and is a modern shopping centre with a number of interesting boutiques as well as a large, modern supermarket offering practically any food item one desires. A new Wal-mart is also 10 minutes from the villa.
Guest Information Book: There is a Guest Book in the villa with detailed information regarding dining options (there are menus for a few restaurants in the Menu Section), Spanish/English food translations, maps and directions (e.g., directions to 4 nearby golf courses, grocery and convenience stores), important phone numbers (e.g., taxi, medical services, etc), recommendations regarding a wide variety of activities, etc.
Golf: The Manzanillo area boasts 3 world class golf courses: 1. La Mantarraya Golf Course Associated with Las Hadas Resort This compact, challenging 18-hole course designed by Pete Dye is a beauty, with banana trees, blooming bougainvillea, tropical lagoons, and coconut palms at every turn. With 12 of the 18 holes played over water, it remains favored among Mexico's courses. 2. Campo de Golf Isla Navidad: This fabulous 27-hole golf course associated with the Grand Bay Hotel is an easy distance from Los Heroes. This course is long and lovely, wide open, with big fairways and greens, and features plenty of water (2 lagoon holes, 13 lakeside holes, and 8 holes along the Pacific). 3. El Tamarindo Golf Club This course is incredibly beautiful and perfect. So much so, that we feel it is a MUST if you are a golfer. The course defies description, and words can only represent a serious understatement! We can email you photos of courses 1 & 3.
