- Weekly Rentals from $1,950 to $3,200 per week
- Reservation Policy - 50% deposit due upon confirmation of your reservation. The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30-day period, the full amount is due immediately. For Christmas and New Years 100% of the payment must be made by October 31st. Reservations made after October 31st must be 100% prepaid at time of reservation. Easter week reservations must pay deposit within 30 days after reservation and 100% of the payment must be made before January 31st. Reservations on or after January 31st must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
- Cancellation Policy – All deposits are non-refundable. If medical emergency prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guest to rebook at a future date at the prevailing rates and subject to availability. Security Deposit – Rather than collecting a security deposit in advance, a credit card voucher will be required to be signed at check-in. This voucher will be used to cover any missing items or damage.
