2.Written cancellation of your reservation within 60 days - 50% of the rent and full deposits returned unless the house can be rented for the same period in which case all the rent and deposit is returned less a $150.00 cancellation fee.
3.Cancellation of your reservation within 45 days - No refund of rent, full refund of deposits unless the house can be rented for the same period and at the same rate, in which case full refund of rent and deposits minus $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
4.Cancellation of your reservation within 30 days or less- No refund on your entire rental .
