An immediate and powerful introduction to the many magnificent natural materials this house boasts, all welcoming you and your guest into the heart of this home.

The Great Room: To the right of the entryway is the Great Room which measure 30’x60’ with 21’ ceilings framed out of reclaimed Douglas fir timbers and spanned with reclaimed redwood plank. Inlaid speakers and upward lighting add to the great-room ambiance which also contains the following natural materials. 12” wide pine hardwood floors with wooden pegs, a wooden bar area, a 4’x10’ dining table that seats 12, a stone fireplace, a gas Vermont cast stove, a game table and a full living room with all of the comforts of a modern home. The back wall is all glass with 2 doors leading out to a 30’x 60’ deck with a built in 8 person hot tub. The view from inside the house and outside on the deck is Killington ski mountain.

The Chef's Kitchen: Off of the Great room is a custom designed kitchen with all of the high end appliances and cabinetry to meet your culinary needs. The cabinets are a knotty pine antiqued finish with a 48” red Viking range, a Viking hood, Subzero refrigerator and a wine cooler, Fisher paykel dishwasher drawers and a stainless steel farmer’s sink. There is an island and a separate peninsula made of stone with a soapstone counter top. In addition, there is a pantry and a set of French doors leading out to the backyard. All of this is open to the Great room for easy entertaining.

Ski: This house is directly off of the Killington Access Road about 2 miles from the main ski area and extremely convenient to all restaurants and nightlife.
