The tax rate for 2010 is increasing to 8.25% - We only rent with a signed Lease. After receipt of the deposit we mail a Lease to you. 50% of the rental, less the $100.00 deposit is due with the returned Lease, and the balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. If Check-in is less than 60 days away, the full balance is due with the Lease. We also require a refundable $50.00 security/cleaning deposit.
