Villa Description: My home has everything you need. On the first floor there is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and laundry room. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen bed, a balcony, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. There is also a full bath on the second floor. Location: We are located off Route 192. It is a 3.3 mile drive to World Drive, which is Disney's main road to all the parks. Drive times range from 7 minutes (Animal Kingdom), to 18 minutes (Magic Kingdom). Affordability: Why stay in a hotel when you can stay here with all the comforts of home? Rates vary by season, and are always a savings over Disney Resorts. Master Suite: Located on the second floor, the Master Suite features a Queen bed and cable TV and DVD player. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks a magnificent view of conservation land. There is a private bathroom.

The Villa is located just south of Disney property, only 3 miles from World Drive, which is the entrance to all the Disney Parks. Universal Studios is 15-20 minutes away. There are many restaurants within 1 mile. Here are a few: Outback, Friday's, Giordano's Pizza, and Carraba's. All the fast food chains are represented: McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and Taco Bell. Groceries are a mile away, West on Route 192. There is a giant Publix. There is a Walgreens on Route 192, right across the intersection of Formosa Gardens and Route 192.
