Floor Plan: The main level includes a full kitchen with all amenities, family room with sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD combo, surround sound, dining area, three closets, a half bath and a full bath, and large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Floors are beautiful pinewood. One bedroom (queen size bed) with walk-in closet, TV & DVD player, adjacent bathroom, and balcony to screened porch. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet, TV & DVD player, private bath with whirlpool tub and large separate shower, and balcony with Gulf view. The guest room upstairs has two twin beds, walk-in closet, TV & DVD player, full bath and balcony with Gulf view. The kids' room has bunk beds which will sleep up to 4, separate half bath and shares 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. The tower room, on the 3rd floor, is a sitting room with decks on both sides with great Gulf views. There are many closets with ample space for storage. Newly built house with Gulf views in immaculate shape.

Special Offers: Will do reduced rates for longer rental periods from October 15, 2006 through March 10, 2007. We have special packages for Fall and Spring Break and holidays. House rents Saturday to Saturday (if weekly rental), during high season. Note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

On site or nearby: hiking, tennis courts, biking (bike paths), fishing, fly-fishing, surf fishing, sound/bay fishing, deep sea fishing, ocean & inlet kayaking, beach combing, crabbing, site-seeing, boogie boarding, beach walking, rollerblading, snorkeling, wildlife preserve within walking distance, swimming, shelling, boating, surfing, jet-skiing, golf, shopping, antiquing, restaurants. Short walk to beach, library, miniature golf, theme park, water park, movie theater, live theatre, bike rentals, boutiques, nature reserve and lakes. Destin and Panama City are less than 30 minutes drive, with aquariums, shopping malls, countless restaurants and numerous family activities.
