Capture a memory in this well furnished beach getaway. Watch beautiful sunrises over the ocean in the morning and magnificent sunsets over the sound in the evening. Relax by the Cabana Bar and soak in the hot tub. Interior lovingly decorated with lots of nautical details: brightly colored bed covers make every bedroom special. This home has lots of toys inside as well as outside for the little ones. We have a picnic table in the backyard and new deck furniture for you to enjoy. Beach access is approximately 500 yards with parking. Convenient to Duck Village. Duck offers a family friendly atmosphere, great shopping and restaurants, numerous communities with amenities and miles of peaceful beaches. We have made many upgrades for the 2008 season.

Enjoy the wild horses on the beach to the North of Duck. Duck has miles of paved bike trails along highway 12 that is great for jogging , roller blading, walking or riding a bike. You can also visit the North Carolina Aquarium, take a tour of 4 different light houses or watch the outdoor drama The Lost Colony.

In 2008, you'll pay nothing extra for: Damage Waiver coverage, Booking/administrative fee, Credit car fee, No pre-reserve fee. The rate listed in the Sun Realty Brochure and on-line covers all lodging charges. Except, of course, NC Taxes. NC still make us charge you for that.

We have a large outdoor patio area with a bar area and a setting area all is shaded.
We have lots of outdoor toys for children. We also have bikes for children and adults.
