This three bedroom, two full baths luxury Condo features two balconies one adjacent to the living room and the other to the master bedroom with a total of 1978 square foot of living space. This gated community with secured parking garage is nothing short of spectacular.
The main balcony overlooks the clubhouse and pool area plus two great views of the ocean with an additional balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the nature preserve. There is a TV/DVD player in each bedroom.
The living room offers a big screen television, with DVD player and stereo surround sound. There is dining room seating to accommodate up to ten people and three bar stools off the kitchen. The entire area provides a huge entertainment gathering.
The Condo is beautifully decorated with 'Tommy Bahama' tropical look.

Enjoy the really great restaurants in the area. Start the day with breakfast on your private balcony or visit several of the inexpensive breakfast spots throughout the town. Visit Disney, Universal, Sea world, Cape Canaveral or Gatorland when you tire of lounging by the pool.
