Notes:
Large living room downstairs with beautiful view to the water. This room has a 42' Flat Screen TV and a huge wrap around sectional with chaise lounger. You can go out onto the patio from the slider in this room or from the Mud Room.
We also have a family room upstairs Sectional Couch/TV with VCR player. This room also has a bar with sink and mini Refrigerator and a gorgeous view to the water. This is the access to the Upper Deck. Upper level has Maple hardwood.
We have a variety of rated G children video's as well as movies for teens/Adults. This house has Italian Floor Tile on the lower level which is heated to eliminate the cold feet feeling!
