If Blue Palm Villa can be re-booked for your rental period, a refund of your rental amount less 15% administrative fee will be refunded. From our previous travels and villa rentals, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance.
Deposits: To confirm reservation, a deposit of 50% is required within fourteen (14) days after reservation has been made. After receiving your deposit a confirmation will be sent to you. The balance of the rental amount plus tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
