In an outstanding location, this condo is in the central village of Dillon, with Dillon Lake and mountain views. In October, the unit was remodeled with Shaw flooring and porcelain tile in the bath. Foremost, it's only 10-20 minutes from 6 major ski resorts, and within 5 minutes of a vast array of goods and services: restaurants, shopping centers, outlet mall, tennis, movie theater, amphitheater, bowling, bus stops, etc.. This second floor unit is one of 60. This owner has another nearby condo listed by Great Rentals, if additional space is needed. Parking is outdoor on an adjacent lot. Sorry, but pets are not allowed as we have the family problem of allergies. And please no smoking.

Our Condo is located in central Dillon, just 90 miles west of Denver on I 70, 1.5 miles south of the intersection of Hwy 6 and I 70. Driving Instructions: 7.7 miles west of Eisenhower tunnel, take the Silverthorne exit, then turn L at the light onto HW 6 which goes under I70. Going up the hill and through 6 lights, turn R onto Lake Dillon Drive. Turn L (one block) onto Tenderfoot Street. Take the 1st R (distance 3 blocks) onto La Bonte Street. Summit Yacht Club is a set of 3 condos buildings, brick with blue trim on the left with an off street parking lot. Unit 27 is in the middle of the building, 2nd floor, behind the building on the lake side.

Cancellation & Keys: Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days of rental date will result in a 50% forfeiture unless subsequently rented. Personal checks for rental amount will be cashed when received. Payments can also be made by money order, cashiers check, or PayPal transaction. Key lock box is outside the door and code will be sent after rental payment is received. The 2nd check for the security deposit will be returned within one week after housekeeping finds the unit secure. Payments by check are to be made to: Corco, LLC, mailed to Frank Corry, 2859 Utica, Springfield MO., 65804.
