Barefoot Beach Resort: Barefoot Beach Resort is an upscale Waterfront Resort located in the tropical beach community of Indian Shores, just north of St. Petersburg Beach, in Pinellas County. This newly renovated resort is situated on five acres of lushly landscaped property, bordering the intracoastal waterway and a private deeded beach access. A Suncoast Trolley stop is located across the street and runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-a-Grille Beach.

This fabulous Key West style condominium is tastefully decorated and has porcelain tile, horizontal blinds, white rattan furnishings, theme oriented artwork/decor items, silk plants, and ceiling fans throughout. This bright and spacious 750 square feet unit includes a Florida/Sun room with French doors, a full sized bedroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious tile bathroom, and accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. For your convenience, there is ample parking and two entrances (with door mats), in and out of the unit; one near the parking lot area, and one leading to the pool and barbecue area. The condominium is fully stocked with linens, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, and bath towels.

Activities: While staying in Indian Shores, FL, at the Barefoot Beach Resort, there are ample opportunities for fun! Without even getting into your car you can: relax by and in the oversized swimming pool and Gulf of Mexico, enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and sunsets, fish from the dock, play put-put golf, walk to stores and restaurants, and much much more. Located next door to the renowned Salt Rock Grill Restaurant. Water sports such as: swimming, boating, sailing, surfing, wind surfing, wave running, jet skiing, para sailing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving are readily available. Land activities include: shopping, golf, miniature golf, tennis, volleyball, biking, sightseeing, cinemas, museums, theaters, shelling, and bird watching. There are also numerous amusement parks and state parks within driving distance.

It was very homely and not much different from being at home except it didn't rain. We were very lucky with the weather and had no day time rain!!! Indian Shores is a delightful little town.
