$250 refundable security deposit on all rentals. I do not charge a cleaning fee if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Cleaning fees start at $75.
Pet fee: $100 per week, $75 per weekend.
There is a $5 registration fee on all vehicles. That cost is paid directly to the Towamensing Trails Teepee.
Sheets and all Linens can be provided for an additional $45. - $375-$575 weekends, $675- $875 weeks. Rates may vary based on season. Based on 4 people and up. Rates may vary based on size of party.
