Cozy cottage located within a gated community in Beach Dreams Resort. This cottage has 2 bedrooms, Living Room with a Queen sleep sofa, full kitchen, full bathroom, and enclosed screened/glass porch.
The cottage has been decorated with families in mind. We have tastefully and comfortably furnished this cottage to ensure a 'home away from home' atmosphere. The furnishings are new and inviting. We want you to enjoy your vacation and feel at ease in the cottage!
This cottage is located about 1/2 mile from Route 1 inside the Beach Dreams Community. It is a quiet and peaceful setting to spend your vacation. It is very close to one of the resort's swimming pool areas. All of the pool areas have lounge chairs and tables for your comfort and enjoyment.
Enjoy the clubhouse with workout facility, video game room, big screen TV, outdoor showers, etc. Outdoor activities include tennis, basketball, boccie ball, swimming, walking/jogging, jacuzzi, and relaxing!

Beach Dreams resort is located in Wells, ME which has miles of shore line. The property is about 5 minutes from Ogunquit which has one of the most beautiful beaches in the US, fabulous shopping, antiquing, and restaurants. We are also close to Wells Beach, Crescent, Footbridge, and Moody Beach. Other local attractions include York Wild Animal Kingdom and Amusement Park, golfing, fishing, kayaking, Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve, whale watching, antique shops, fantastic restaurants, miniature golf, arcades, and outlet shopping. Beach Dreams is on the Wells Trolley stop which is a fun and easy way to get around the area (save on gas too).

- The bedrooms are furnished to accommodate a family with children. The beds are very comfortable, furnishings are new, blankets, pillows, and mattress pads are provided. Bed linens and towels are not provided. We have a queen sleep sofa in the living room which is also new and very comfortable. A full size auto-inflate air mattress is in the second bedroom closet if needed (sheets are provided). Toys, games, and DVD's are left in the cottage for your enjoyment. Bring some of your favorite CD's to listen to on the wall mounted stereo system with speakers in the ceiling.
