In the 1920's, wealthy people built year round homes near the ocean. This house is a prime example. The neighborhood is so exquisite that it was chosen for the movie Traffic. A large living room, formal dining room, sun room and modern kitchen makes this place a complete retreat. Living room has large TV, wifi, TV in bedrooms. 2 master suites with kig size beds bthrms with showers. One bedroom w/ queen bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds full bathroom for both bedrooms. The house is filled with the history of 4 generations of Naval officers. Their collections and memorabilia tastefully enrich the house making it a living legacy. The grounds are incredible. 10,000 sq ft of gardens. An 800sqft patio has great furniture and surrounded by 12ft walls covered with roses. A fire pit makes the nights magical..A pathway takes you through a rosebush-lined path to another terrace. Here you can smell the flowers, and hear the water fountain. This place is perfect for family vacations.

The house provides all that a vacationer needs for a wonderful time away from home.
