- Arrowhead Lake requires renters to purchase a gate pass for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community. The fee is for the issuance of a gate card and 24/7 security.
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase pool and beach tag (amenity badges) from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend only (Summer Season). Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and daily badges are $7.50 per person per day.
You must be at least 25 to rent this property (some exceptions may apply) - Refundable Security Deposit $300 (Required-some exceptions may apply)
Reservation processing Fee: $35 (Required)
Optional: Linen Rental: $35 rental fee + $100 security deposit - includes rental of bath towels, bed sheets & pillow cases.
Optional: Canoe Rental: $35 - Our canoe is available for rent for the entire period of your stay. Canoe is available from May 1st through October 31st.
10% Military discount with proper ID. This discount is only available on new reservations, must be mentioned prior to deposit, and excludes canoe rental and other fees.
