- Air-conditioned studio comes with overhead fans & there is a sliding plate glass door for easy access to the patio. Awake each morning to your own private beautiful views of ocean, the beach and a variety of birds. A small real estate office is operated by the property owners, Dave and Deb which occupies the first floor. They deal one on one with clients, so it is very low-key and the only break in privacy you may have from your private second floor location is one of them coming up just before sunset to see if you want to share some wine or a Bailey's as the sun sets into the ocean horizon. Several “green flashes” have been reported by guests (before too much wine or Bailey’s). Cable TV & Wireless internet is provided. The efficiency is not handicapped accessible due to the outside stairs to the efficiency. For those that want to listen to the power of the ocean at night, open-air living is possible, in fact many guest prefer this when the ocean breeze is present.

A hammock is located on the veranda. Located on the ocean side of the coastal highway so four-wheel drive is not required, although recommended May to Nov if you want to explore off the paved highways. The property is not recommended for children under 13 due to the second floor location.
