- This Lucky Bennett-designed home features three private ocean-view suites arranged around the gathering spaces of the home; each bedroom with additional individual exterior entrances. The first two of the suites are accessible from the interior of the home. The third suite, the Ohana Suite, has entrances detached from the remainder of the house for an enhanced sense of privacy. The North Master Suite features an attached den, closed off from the great room behind a sliding shoji screen door, including a Tempurpedic day bed & LCD TV. The suite has two tambia tree slices mounted as desk tops near walls of ocean and golf course views and includes high speed internet with WIFI, fax, and telephone/digital answering. The South Master features a king size memory foam Tempurpedic mattress and two separate vanity/closet areas. The Ohana suite features both a king size bed and double Murphy bed, along with a Kitchenette. Brand new top-of-the-line Whirlpool Duet Washer/Dryer off kitchen

Guests enter Happy Hale through the redwood paneled front courtyard/covered garden, then take only one-half step up to enter the home under a large skylight. The entire property is on one level. The great room features a Pioneer 42-inch flat-panel plasma HDTV/digital cable with premium channels, DVD/5 CD player and home theater system and speakers. The kitchen features a 12 ft long island with sink/disposal and large work and serving areas. A second island closer to the great room features a large overhead skylight, wet-bar, four bar stools and wine cooler. A bamboo/glass dining table with leather chairs seats up to eight. Just off the great room is a large covered lanai with a more casual dining table, another wet-bar and new casual seating/lounging. 3 new LCD flat-panel HDTV digital cable throughout the house. The Ohana Kitchenette features a small refrigerator, wet-bar sink, coffee maker, microwave oven, table and chairs.
The main house can be rented with or without the separate Ohana Suite. The Ohana Suite will only be rented along with the main house, never to a separate party, insuring the privacy and relaxation of our guests. Twin beds and additional patio tables and chairs are available upon request. Starter toiletries are included. Other new features include barstools, mammoth luxury Australian umbrella over outdoor dining area, fountain, plus new Tropitone living room furniture & coconut end tables on covered lanai.
