Security Deposit: $350. Will be refunded within 14 calendar days after checkout if no damages or losses are incurred.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and is on its own separate hallway for privacy. -- Master Bedroom Suite has a King Size bed, 32-inch Satellite TV, and a private door to the covered back porch. -- Yellow Bedroom Suite has a Queen size bed and private door to the Spanish Bathroom. -- Blue Bedroom has a Queen size bed and is next to the Kokopelli Bathroom. -- Family Room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, a door that closes to the hallway for privacy, a 6-foot clothes closet, and is next to the Spanish Bathroom (it shares the Spanish Bathroom with the Yellow Bedroom). Carpeting in all bedrooms and Family Room. Master Bedroom and Living Room have architectural glass inserts in the upper walls. Majestic 10-foot high ceilings throughout the home. Ceiling fans in every room.
