Breathtaking view of the Lake! Very convenient to lake, restaurant, and general store! All in walking distance! Tie your boat up on the shore and enjoy the lake swimming, skiing, wakeboarding, fishing, etc. Mobile home is totally remodeled, with new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. View from kitchen is inspiring! Ten-by-25-foot covered porch is great for entertaining. Stair steps off of deck go to the private road down to the lake. The sunset views are awesome from this property! A great relaxing place to enjoy the water and views of Nantahala on a budget!

From Andrews 15miles up Junalaska road then right onto Wayah. 1/2 mile to Blueberry Ridge take a left. Drive up Blueberry Ridge and you will see my place on the right side overlooking Lake Nantahala. From Franklin 22 miles up Wayah Road until Blueberry Ridge take a right. Drive up Blueberry Ridge and you will see my place on the right side overlooking Lake Nantahala.
