Previously a requirement under the THE PROVINCETOWN GENERAL BYLAWS Section 9-5, now a requirement by the BOH, the annual rental certificate is required by law and ensures the property is reviewed and approved for rentals by the town's Board of Health. Many properties do not comply with this law. This property is in compliance with the town's rental certificate requirement.
