Lower level having the enclosed garage. 1500sq ft, 3 bedrooms with walk in closets and professionally decorated. The property is a 5 minute walk to Times Square and the pier where there are shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors. Experience beautiful sunsets from our private beach, only steps from the house. Enjoy panoramic views from the screened deck off the master bedroom on the 3rd story. This like-new beach house comes fully furnished right down to the beach chairs so you don't even have to rent them! The upper level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and trinkle bed which sleeps 2 with TV & VCR. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds with the third bedroom downstairs having a queen size bed. Also downstairs is a full kitchen, dining area and living area. North end location on Ft Myers Beach gives easy on and off the Island because we're so close to the bridge.
