Snowbird Season: Nov 1 - Feb 28, 2008. Option to extend thru March 8, 2008.
Rate $1750 per month, 2 month minimum. -
A Security Deposit of 25% of the rental rate will be accessed to hold the reservation. An additional 25% will be accessed for a total of 50% for parents chaperoning youth groups. No property will be rented to individuals under the age of 25. The security deposit does not apply to rent and is designed to cover damage to the property. If there is damage incurred in excess of the deposited amount, a credit card will be debited or you will be billed. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $75 processing fee + sales tax.
Rent, fees, and taxes (11% Walton County) are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates advertised do not include taxes. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $75 processing fee + sales tax. You will be held liable for all increase tax rates by The State of Florida, or Walton County. No processing fee if booked with us direct.

Dining: The family chef can shine in the fully stocked kitchen of this well designed, open floor plan, vacation condo while listening to music or watching a movie with the family. Want to switch chefs? Let the grill master get to work cooking on the electric grill provided on the spacious outside deck overlooking Miramar Beach. Enjoy our beautiful paradise while grilling your family or group dinner.
Master Suite: One of the more enjoyable features of the master suite is the sliding glass door that allow awesome views and private access to the 350' deck that faces south towards our sugar white sandy beaches. The master suite that fronts The Gulf of Mexico is furnished with a king bed, and has a huge walk in closet that many have used as an extra room for their infant. The spacious master bath has a cultured marble walk-in shower with double vanity, and garden tub that allows you to wash away the beach sand in privacy and comfort. Either take a shower for quickness or soak in a long bubble bath with a glass of your favorite drink and a good book.
Other Sleeping : We consider one of the middle bedrooms a mini master suite as it has its own private bathroom that must be accessed from inside the bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and hand made, exotically painted furniture chosen for its feel of its representation of living in paradise. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has access to the community bath outside it door. There are three sleeper sofas in the oversized living area to accommodate additional members of your groupl Everyone will be pleased with the amenities of this condo.
