A Security Deposit of 25% of the rental rate will be accessed to hold the reservation. An additional 25% will be accessed for a total of 50% for parents chaperoning youth groups. No property will be rented to individuals under the age of 25. The security deposit does not apply to rent and is designed to cover damage to the property. If there is damage incurred in excess of the deposited amount, a credit card will be debited or you will be billed. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $75 processing fee + sales tax.
Rent, fees, and taxes (11% Walton County) are due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates advertised do not include taxes. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $75 processing fee + sales tax. You will be held liable for all increase tax rates by The State of Florida or Walton County. No processing fee if booking with us direct.
