- The master bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the private pool and the 4th green. It boasts an en suite bathroom and walk in closet, and is furnished with a luxurious Queen sized bed, dressing table, bedside cabinets and color cable TV, telephone and hairdryer. The 2nd bedroom is situated at the front of the villa and is similarly furnished with a Queen sized bed, bed side cabinets, chest of drawers and closet. It has also a UK standard TV and video with a large selection of videos. If you are coming from the UK you can bring your favorite videos with you! The 3rd bedroom is also at the front of the villa and contains two single beds, chest of drawers and closet. We have also provided a TV with PlayStation 2 and a selection of games, games room with pool table, 2 bicycles, Walkie Talkies and free high speed internet.

Attractions: The gates of Disney World are 15 minutes away and there are many other theme parks, shopping malls and outlet stores within easy reach. It is perfectly located for exploring other parts of Florida as well. Tampa (Busch Gardens) and the superb Gulf coast beaches including Saint Pete and Clearwater can be reached in about 70 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa beach and Daytona beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about 60 mins
Community: You and your family can relish in the comfort and security of a private home near the famous Disney World coupled with all the on site facilities and the first class golf course of Southern Dunes. Our villa is looking onto the 4th fairway of the golf course so you have an open view at the back of the villa and there's no wall or other villa to obstruct your view. Within 50 yards there is a large community pool with two more pools, fitness centre, tennis courts, a fishing lake and a children's play area all easy walking distance from the Villa. The Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a gated community with 24 hour security controlled access. The golf course is rated in the top 5 courses in Florida and within the top 50 for the USA and is right on your doorstep! There are also over 20 other golf courses within a 15 minutes drive.
Golf: Golf & Disney or Disney & Golf. The choice is yours. Situated on Hwy 27 south there is easy access to all the local attractions. The Gulf and Atlantic coast are both with easy reach. Golf can be played on site at Southern Dunes and the Steve Smyers designed course has been rated 4 stars by Golf Digest magazine and is ranked in the top 100 golf courses in the United States and 6th top course in Florida! The course is a links style one and offers a challenge to all. The villas are built around the course and the community of Southern Dunes offers well maintained tennis courts, 3 community pools, a community gym, the golf clubhouse with restaurant, bar and well stocked pro shop. Within walking distance of your villa there are 2 large supermarkets (one a Mega Wal Mart), restaurants, gas stations and banks. The development is very secure, being a 'gated community' you can be assured of a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
