- WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE IS NOW AVAILABLE! This home sleeps like a 5 bedroom house. All bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished and have Dish TV and DVD. The home will comfortably accommodate 10 people in bedrooms. A twin roll-away and queen sleeper sofa could sleep 3 additional guests. The large Master bedroom has a fabulous view of the water and French door to the covered porch. For those who need to combine work with pleasure, a large desk with wireless Internet access is provided. Guests will be delighted with the 2 upstairs bedrooms. A queen bed in the cozy alcove of the Lighthouse room, is great for reading or napping as well as sleeping while listening to the surf just outside the port hole window. Guests in the Aquarium room will feel like they are under water in the midst of a school of tropical fish. All towels, linens & pillows are of high quality.

Rental Policy, Extra Charges: We only rent to 'families' with a responsible attitude. This is not a party house. Absolutely no graduation, prom, fraternity or sorority groups with or without adult supervision. Our home is NOT available for rental to groups or individuals celebrating Spring Break, Beach Party weekend, Mardi Gras, graduation, weddings, receptions or parties of any kind or size. Treasure Island is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful. ** Extra Charges: Rates are for 10 persons. $20 extra per person over 10 with 13 persons max. $25 per day for R/V, motor home, etc. 3 day limit.
Security Deposit, Cancellations and Weather: **Security Deposit: A security deposit of $350 is required upon making reservations and will be returned within 10 days of departure. Any damages, excessive cleaning charges, or late departure fees will be deducted from the security deposit. Payment is required 30 days prior to arrival if made with a personal check. The security deposit does not limit your liability. More overnight guests than the maximum of 15 will be cause for eviction and loss of deposit. **Cancellation & Weather: A full refund will be given if reservations are canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date. If cancellation is less than 30 days, the deposit is forfeited unless the house is re-rented for your canceled date. We will do everything possible to fill that time slot so you do not lose your deposit. Ask about evacuation refunds policy.
Keys, Reservations and Payment:: **Keys: Arrival- A key will be left in the lock box. We will either call or email you with the combination to the lock box prior to your arrival. Please remember to write this number down and have it with you. Once inside the house, there are multiple sets of keys for other members of your party. **Keys: Departure- Leave all keys in the house except the one key which you will put back in the lock box after locking all doors and windows. The security deposit will not be refunded until all key are returned. **Reservations & Payment: The full rental amount is due 30 days before arrival if paid with a personal check. Credit cards are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
