Location of the Condo:: The condo is located in the Billington Village of the Ocean Edge Resort, which is the closest to Route 137, giving you an easy and quick access and exit from the Resort. This is great during the summer months when the traffic picks up on Route 6A on the other side of the Resort. Parking is approximately 100 feet from the condo. From the condo it is a short walk to the Arbor Pool and the Linx Restaurant and Bar of Ocean Edge. Sheep's Pond and the adjacent Nickerson State Park are both easily accessible via the Cape Cod Rail Trail that runs through Ocean Edge. Cape Cod Bay is about 2 miles from the condo.
Details Summery of the Condo:: The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king-sized bed; second floor offers a loft style bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full size sleep sofa. There are both closets and dressers in both the downstairs bedroom and loft bedroom. There is a spiral staircase to the second floor. There are two full baths with tub-showers. There is fully working galley kitchen supplied with all utensils, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and gas oven & stove top. There is a large gas dryer and a washing machine. There are air conditioning units located upstairs and downstairs. There are three cable TVs, a DVD player and a stereo unit. There is an outdoor cement patio with table, chairs and umbrella. There is a Weber charcoal grill and grilling utensils. There is a storage shed large enough for bikes, beach toys etc.. There are two adult bikes(male/female).
Ocean Edge Resort & Privileges /Brewster Beaches:: Renters will have access to the Ocean Edge restaurants, tennis courts, basketball court, cardio room, pools, hot tubs and saunas on the Bayside and The Villages side of the Resort. A daily Camp for children called Edge Venter is also available at Resort rates. Tennis courts, clinics and lessons are available at the Resort rates as are fitness classes. Daily Family activities organized by the resort are also available. Renters will not have privileges to use the Resorts private golf course. Renters will have access to the Bay Side of the Resort via a Resort Shuttle (i.e. no parking will be allowed on the ocean side of the Resort). Renters will not have access to the private Beach at Ocean Edge. Please note that Ocean Edge Resort reserves the right to make changes to these privileges. Access to the Brewster Beaches between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM requires a Beach Sticker which can be purchased from the Visitor Center in the Town Hall.
Golf: Starting in April of 2007 the Ocean Edge Golf Course will be private and renters will not have privileges to use it, however the top rated Captains Golf Course with 36 holes is a short ride away and also located in Brewster.
