- There are 3 bedrooms in total. One bedroom is on the upper level and two bedrooms are on the lower level. In addition, there is a queen sofa bed in the downstairs living room. There are actually 3 living rooms, one on the upper level, one on the lower level and an outside living room next to the pool and Jacuzzi. This gives one the option of different activities for different people staying together. There is great separation of space which is perfect for family or friends traveling together who might enjoy quiet time in their own space. All bedrooms have French doors that open onto terraces or to the pool and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have views of the vineyards, two bedrooms have views of the pool and the vineyards.

There is a year round creek that runs next to the house with fish, birds, deer and other wildlife.
The beds are very comfortable, they are the same beds as the 4 Seasons Hotel Chain uses.
Quality linens and down comforters and Turkish towels are the standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped, even for the serious cook.
Take a swim in the 40 foot pool, soak in the Jacuzzi under the stars.
Read a good book sitting on the terrace overlooking the vineyards.
