Fully furnished and well appointed with all the conveniences of home. All rooms have Free High Speed Internet access (both wireless throughout and wired via the Cat Five ports). The spacious living areas are tastefully decorated in an elegant tropical island style and new furnishings. Enjoy the privacy and view from our Large Covered Lanai--perfect for romantic dining or just relaxing. The Paradise Cove Luau is in the resort as well as several acclaimed restaurants also located at the J.W. Marriott Ihilani, Roy's restaurant at the Golf Clubhouse (all within a short walking distance). Additional restaurants plus a 6-plex Cinema can be found at nearby Kapolei. Great Outlet Shopping ( Waikele Outlet mall ) is also within 7 miles of Ko'Olina. In nearby Waipahu you can step back in time and tour a historic Plantation Village or explore historic trains and take a ride back in time on Oahu's only active Railway. Ko Olina's location puts the North Shore and many other sights within a short drive (a rental car is strongly recommended).

A desk adjacent to the second bedroom provides work space for laptops (you provide PC) or writing postcards. The Third Bedroom has two twin size beds with new high quality mattresses, as well as, a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom shares the second bath.

This floor plan is entirely situated on the second level, providing optimal privacy. Relax on our spacious Lanai (200 sq ft) as you enjoy the lush landscaping and views that overlook the 'hidden spa'. Enjoy the view at a table perfect for romantic dining plus a lounge and outdoor wicker that provides additional casual seating. The Living Room provides a comfortable place to relax, watch TV (DVD, VCR, and surround sound provided) or play board games (provided). We also have a large video library to choose from, as well as, access to over 200 cable channels (including HBO and a TiVo recorder). Our fully-equipped Kitchen features all new appliances and all the necessary small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The refrigerator has a dispenser for filtered cold water.

Walking distance to beach and golf: It is an easy five minute walk to the ocean and the several crystal blue lagoons with groomed sandy beaches, the Marriott hotels, and golf clubhouse. Our villa's excellent location provides quick access to the lushly landscaped 'hidden spa' and the nearby sand-bottom main pool, hammock grove, and Zen garden. You will be able take relaxing strolls on tropical promenade paths beneath swaying coconut trees through floral garden areas.

No weekly or daily rates available: All Ko Olina Resort private properties (except the timeshares) are limited by law (and association by laws) to a 30 day minimum. However, if you are staying over 12 days, you may find that booking a month is a better value, in comparison to other options you may be considering, such as a weekly rental or a hotel stay.

Golf: Ko Olina Golf Club (host to the Fields Open - LPGA) is within walking distance.
