Half the rental fee is due when signing the rental lease. The balance is due 60 Days before arrival, along with a $300.00 cleaning fee. A deposit is required, proportional to the length of stay. All deposits will be returned in a timely fashion, if there is no damage. Renters are required to vacate by 10:00 AM on the last day of the lease. Special arrangements regarding, arrival and departure times should be discussed with the owner. Families are encouraged, children are welcomed. However, our home is not baby proof. Enjoy the shade of the large wrap-around porch or Huge Sunny yard bordered by Pine Trees. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Everything for cooking & serving is provided.
