For the chilly evenings the house is equipped with a gas fireplace and central oil heating. The backyard is completely fenced in making it perfect for small children. The home is just a short drive or bike ride to Menauhant Beach.Conveniently located to fine restaurants and minutes to either quaint Cape Cod shops in downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons. Short drive to Vineyard Ferry, Woods Hole, championship golf courses, movies, bike path, fishing, boating, the Bourne Go-Kart track, Falmouth road race. Wireless internet access, washer/dryer, hair dryer, linens, towels and beach chairs supplied - all you need are your bathing suits and food. Pets considered.
