An easy 25-35 minute drive to all the tourist attractions on the west side of the lake...Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach. World famous golf (Lake Ozark and Osage Beach), including a Robert Trent Jones course (see area golf information) at local resort areas. Close to two state parks; and, a wonderful rainy-day water park for families within the same easy drive. Area caves open to public. Informational brochures available.
Description and Rental Amenities: This designer cottage resides on a quiet, family-oriented cove off the Gravois Arm. An ideal place for small to medium-sized family vacations. Property includes fabulous walkout patio area with short, easy access to boat slip and covered dock area. Entry on upper level with beds; main living area on lower level, includes a large area family room with pull-out sleeper sofa, dish network TV, large natural stone fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, full bath with shower, as well as laundry access and half bath. This 1650 square foot home is available year-round and features central heating/air conditioning, cable TV in family room and the two upper view bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. DVD and phone access for on-line dialup available. The third bedroom is equipped for children with portable crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small locked spa is available for extra use fee. There is a deep-water, covered dock with 12 x24 boat slip available.
