Our cottage is located in the new community of Summer Village in Wells. There are many amenities just outside your door! The village offers 3 large pools (one for adults and two for families), tennis courts, playground, basketball court, baseball field, shuffle board and an outdoor movie theater where you can see a movie every Friday night! Inside the brand new Rec Center is a state of the art fitness center, gameroom/arcade with pool tables, computer room with wireless laptops for your use and a beautiful fireplaced reading area. The Summer Village Trolley will take you anywhere you want to go within the Resort and runs all day until 10 pm! Inside our new cottage - 2 Bedroom - one with comfy Queen bed, the other with 2 twins. Also, A/C, heat, ceiling fans in every room, granite counter tops and all new appliances in kitchen, washer/dryer in your cottage, 3 cable TVs , DVD Player, towels, sheets and bed pillows, kitchen supplies, board games and more!

Minutes from beautiful ocean beaches, great shopping close-by - small specialty stores in Ogunquit; outlets in Kittery and close to boardwalk and amusement park in Old Orchard Beach. The quaint coastal town of Kennebunkport is also just a short drive! The quaint seaside city of Portland is about 40 mins away. Wells, ME is approx 1 1/2 hours from Boston.

~Sat to Sat rental ~check-in: 2 pm / check-out: 10:30 am ~50% deposit due at time of reservation ~balance of payment due 2 weeks prior to arrival date ~deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date ~$200 refundable deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of departure upon inspection of cottage and key return - Upon arrival, the Summer Village Resort will charge a check-in/check-out fee of $45 and an amenities fee of $30 per person over the age of 4 years old (maximum $120) for the week to be paid to Summer Village directly. These charges are not from the owner. 7% Maine state tax must also be paid by guest. Thank you.
