Please realize extended rental discounts can not apply during holidays high summer or foliage season. Holiday weekends 3 days minimum, school vacation weeks 1 week minimum, summer 1 week minimum. Cleaning and Linen Services : We have found the fairest way to deal with cleaning is to assess by the hour. You may want to have some help with cleaning, in which case sign up for a basic cleaning in advance. For the log home a typical charge is $ 75. If cleaning is not prearranged or additional hours are required the typical additional charge rate is $25 per hour. We can provide linens for a flat fee of $ 50.
