Bellagio Estate is also available for weddings and parties (maximum 100 guests at any wedding, reception, party or group gathering - this maximum will be strictly enforced).
To use this villa for a wedding or any type of group gathering, you must pay the weekly rental rate for 20 persons as per the rate page.
$3000 fully refundable damage deposit is also required.
We require that you give us, in advance, complete details of all wedding or function plans, including all names of wedding personnel and/or catering persons who will be at this villa for your function.
This information must be provided to us as part of your rental Terms and Conditions.
Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the villa property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the villa property. Please ask to see complete details.

History of Bellagio Estate: Your privacy is assured with only one rental party and 1.6 acres of lofty, mature trees such as mango, papaya, breadfruit, bamboo, and coconut palms. Bellagio Estate is a stately villa which has been enjoyed by the Kennedys, Jimmy Carter, Harrison Ford and the Governor of the Virgin Islands, among others over the years. With its grand island history, its spacious grounds, bountiful amenities and many quaint and quiet nooks to enjoy, it is the perfect island getaway for families and groups, big or small.
Upper villa: The Upper Villa, boasts a large covered outdoor living area in crisp white island decor, with a trickling goldfish pond to lull you. A powder room and a full kitchen are conveniently just off this living area. All of Bellagio's bedroom suites have their own air-conditioning, cable TVs, some have private sitting areas, safes for valuables and most have ocean views. Bedroom #1, a double, with its own bath, is tucked away on a small shady patio with palm trees. On the other side of the patio and down an open corridor are three more bedrooms (2 king bedrooms, #2 and #4, and one with 2 twins, #3) and two baths. Down the stairs at the garden level, is bedroom #5, a private king suite, with its own bath.
Lower villa: Bellagio's elegant lower villa - the Main House - offers a living/dining room (and a newly renovated kitchen) from which guests can enjoy town and harbor views. A covered lanai, which overlooks the pool, is just off the living room, perfect for catching some shade on a hot Caribbean day or watching the cruise ships depart. Two king bedroom/bath suites (#6 and #7) are adjacent to the living area, both elegantly designed with an old-world flavor and furnished in classic mahogany furniture, each featuring a marvelous all-marble bathroom with gold-tipped fixtures. A cool and private patio off these bedrooms provides a quiet spot to read or snooze. Below, via a spiral staircase, the lower level of the Main House offers a game/media room complete with air hockey, TV/ DVD and pool table. This large room also contains an office, equipped with a computer/ Internet, fax, and printer. Adjacent to the game room is a full bath and queen bedroom (#8).
