Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Renters must be a minimum 25 years of age, unless accompanied by adult guardian. - Holiday rates $595.00 for three nights - New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.
