- During the summer (May 1-September 30), the property is available for weekly (or longer) rentals. Rentals begin on Friday at 6:00 PM and end on Friday at 2:00 PM. During the off-season (October 1 - May 1), the rate is $300 for a 2 day weekend, $400 for a 3 day weekend, and $700 for the week. We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Last minute specials may be available.
