The Townhome's have all the linens and towels, will of course be very clean prior to your stay, but if you would like to hire someone to clean if you stay a long time the rate will vary from $50.00-$100.00. This could be decided at any time during your stay. - We accept credit cards through PayPal, and Personal Checks sent in advance to your stay. 20% due when booking and balance is due approximately 40 days prior to your stay. Pay Pal charges a 3% fee, so, 3% would be added to your quoted rate.
