St. Thomas This Week is a weekly magazine that you should check online for information and also pick up while you’re down there. It has tons of useful information about the island, like ferry schedules, and places to eat, shop and play sports. Consider a summer vacation in St. Thomas too - the temperature is on average only two or three degrees warmer than in wintertime, which still puts it in the low 80s. The island is less crowded in the summertime, and just as lovely.
Moonpath has two separate but connected units. The upstairs unit has a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living space, which has three queen-size futon beds. It also has a small deck. The upstairs kitchen is not fully-stocked - it is meant more for taking your morning coffee and cereal. Most meals would be prepared in the downstairs kitchen. The downstairs unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with one queen-size futon bed, and a fully (though simply) stocked kitchen. There is a deck - larger than the one upstairs - and a large patio with a table seating eight. The washer/dryer machines are downstairs as well. Moonpath is a great home to enjoy with family, but also with friends. The fact that there are two quasi-separate units means that you can retreat to your own private space occasionally, and then come together when you please.
We do have a property manager, in case you need anything during your stay. The house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure, but there is no maid service included in your rental fee for cleaning during your stay. If you would like this service during your stay, there would be an additional fee. As part of our service, we will have you met at the airport and guided to the house. You will need your own rental car. Once you submit your deposit, we will email you the web address of a special renters’ page, with specific information about the house and directions to nearby beaches and attractions.
