A signed rental agreement and a deposit are required to hold the reservation, deposit is due shortly after rental agreement has been sent. The rental agreement also needs to be signed and returned within designated time. A $250 refundable security deposit ($500 during holiday periods) is refunded within 30 days of check-out according to the rental agreement.
