Ocean Isle Beach is a nice island beach and is a very family-oriented residential beach community. I has the quiet atmosphere, that has been lost to much of the Myrtle Beach area, yet is only 20 minutes all the attractions of N.Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ocean Isle is also very unique due to the canal waterways that run through the island. This great vacation rental home is located on a concrete canal waterway and has a private dock. The home was built in the 90's and is up-to-date in every way. We are located on a beach access street a short 300 yard easy walk to the surf. The home is in the central part of the island about 2 miles from the center of the small business district of Ocean Isle Beach. There are 30 golf courses within 20 minutes of the house, Calabash is 15 minutes away, and there are even gambling cruise boats in nearby Little River, SC. This vacation rental home is priced below similar places at Ocean Isle that are handled by the big companies. Great Value.

The quiet atmosphere of the island, combined with its close proximity to great golf courses, shopping, North Myrtle Beach entertainment, Ocean Casino Gambling, amusement parks, and other great entertainment venues all make Ocean Isle Beach a great vacation choice for any family.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Peak 2007: $1750+tax, Cleaning Fee Included - Great Discounts at all other times
  • Refundable security deposit of $200. No reservation fees.
  • We have peak pricing from mid-Jun to early August. We end discount periods later, and start them sooner than the big real estate companies. Discounts for off-peak are deeper than the big companies. We keep our price very affordable for this 5br home. Fall, Winter, and Spring pricing is outstanding as compared to the big companies. Notes: Inside is an large open area, plus a covered porch. The living area provides plenty of space for the expanded family. There is ample parking in the driveway and covered parking underneath the house. We include access to the bikes and beach chairs, for your use and enjoyment. This home is very nicely furnished and is clean, beachy, and bright.
