Rate information for this Pittsburg cabin rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates are based on a 4 person occupancy. For each additional person age 13 and older, please add $150 per person per week or $75 per person per weekend. Maximum 8 people, including children.
Well behaved pets may be welcome - please inquire. - To hold your reservation, a $250 deposit is required. The balance, plus a refundable $250 security deposit, is due one week prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy – if the cabin can be rented for the time you reserved but canceled, then your deposit, less $50 will be returned.
Check In is at 3:00 pm, Check Out is at 11:00 am if other guests are arriving or departing the same day.
Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to the property, or cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit
