Sunsets, Cocktails & Cookouts, Relaxation: This waterfront home sits on a bluff overlooking Malletts Bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of exquisite, panoramic lake views. Enjoy cocktails at sunset, cook out, or hang out on the deck overlooking the lake which extends the entire length of the house.
The Beach and Lake: Our wide sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing. The lake drops off gradually so swimming is great for kids. A sandy bottom. Moor your boat right off the beach. The lake water is clear and crisp. A couple hundred feet out, the water is deep - usually shoulder level or above your head.
The House: The cozy sunken living room with stone fireplace (inset with wood burning stove) is perfect for reading and socializing. The dining room hosts big family meals. There are two screened porches: one is for eating meals, the other is for relaxing. Watch movies and play games in the upstairs family room. A quiet dirt road takes you to a large wooded lot and expansive lawn.
