- The guest-stuido (all upstairs) features: Two bed rooms with one queen size bed in each. A bright and spacey day room/private living area with seating area for reading, playing games or just to have a nap. The day room also features a pull-out futon, which could be converted to a 3. bed room. One full bath (comb.shower/tub, 2 sinks, 1 toilet).. Totally sleeps max. 6 pers. To keep the place quiet and private for our guests, we do not rent the guest studio to other guests at the same time. It always will be just YOU! No matter if you are a single person, couple or a party of 6 people! Rates includes continental breakfast. Full breakfast and other meals could be served at request and add. costs.
