It has a queen bed upstairs and a couch and day bed in living room. Stunning views of the pond and surrounding mountains from the living/dining room of the old camp.

Laundry w/new washer and dryer in basement. Utility sink. Iron and ironing board. Kitchen notes: New mission style maple cabinets, tile floors, deep stainless sink, gas slide-in range with flanking ceramic counters in large island, bottom-freezer 33' fridge w/ice maker, quiet dishwasher, living room side of island is a bar w/2 swiveling bar stools. Tiled heated mudroom has closet, small wooden bench w/folding seat, 8 coat hooks.

Hanover is equidistant (12 miles) from the world class downhill skiing of Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and Black Mountain of Maine. Nearby cross-country ski centers also at Sunday River Inn, Black Mountain, Bethel Inn, and Carter's. Hanover is also surrounded by the endless ITN snowmobile network of trails.
