Dec. 19-Jan 2nd: $500/night for first 4 nights, $200/night after that. We try to have 2 separate rentals in this time period. - A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance due and $200 security deposit are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please put security deposit on a separate check. Once final checks are received we will mail out the key!
Check in after 5pm. Check out 11am. Late checkout may be available during weekend rentals.
9% Vermont lodging tax is additional..
Pets are considered. We expect owners to clean up after them inside and outside. We also request no pets on furniture and beds. $100/pet/weekend and $150/pet/week. Thank you.
Credit card accepted with 3% additional fee. Recommend to only use to get deposit in quickly to hold your reservation.
