- Beautiful blue carpet welcomes you upstairs in both bedrooms and the hallway. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom as well as a TV. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and TV; half bath is downstairs. For those concerned about bed bugs? In March 2011, all bedding (box springs, mattresses, and mattress covers) were cleaned and sprayed for bed bug prevention. In addition, all box springs and mattresses now have a bed bug-proof slip cover installed to prevent any issues. The entire villa had a preventative spray done which includes couches and chairs and will continue to have a preventative spray done each quarter hereafter. Remember,,, an ounce of prevention is worth many thousands of dollars of clean-up and much happier guests!!

In addition, Sea Pines Plantation is home to two other courses for you to tackle; the Ocean Course and the brand new Heron Point Course by Pete Dye; re-opened September 2007 which was the former Sea Marsh Course. Send me any and all questions. I want you to be certain you've picked the right place. You are only a few minutes walk from the Harbour Town Lighthouse and have access to miles of bike paths in Sea Pines. A leisurely 5 minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club and ocean, and a 15 minute bike ride to South Beach Marina...home of the original Salty Dog Restaurant and T-Shirt Shop. A 5 minute walk to the Sea Pines Center is where you'll find more restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. Come stay in the absolute best location on the island. This is a No smoking & No pets property.
