Our house is a 3 minute walk to the world famous Siesta Key Beach. It is located on a cul-de-sac which overlooks Siesta Key. Spacious 2200 sq ft with an open floor plan. Designer decorated and newly remodeled with all new furniture. The master bedroom suite offers a full bath, walk in closet and queen size bed, dresser, night stand and TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, dresser and night stand. Third bedroom offers a daybed for reading or additional sleeping. Second bathroom has a large vanity and soaking tub. The fully equipped kitchen offers all new appliances, granite counter tops and a wine bar. Living room is equipped with a large sectional, satellite TV, DVD and VHS. Beautifully accented deck with gas grill and dining area. Inviting and sunny heated in-ground pool with patio, 2-car garage,six bicycles for riding on the beach and a putting green to boot!

A 5 minute drive will take you to a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Don't miss the Sunday afternoon musical festivities on Siesta Beach while enjoying a beautiful sunset. There are over 50 great courses to choose from if you are a golfer. Longboat is another wonderful Key to explore with fabulous dining. If you have never been to Florida's Siesta Key area, beware, for it is addicting!!!
