  • Three Night Minimum. $285/night, $1,550/week, $4,500/month
  • $45 non refundable reservation fee
  • All reservations require an advance rent payment in the amount of 50% of the total rent due within two weeks of reservation. The balance of the rent plus taxes, refundable security deposit and other fees are due 30 days prior to check in. Renters who reserve home less than 30 days before arrival must pay in full at time of reservation by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Renters will be refunded the amount of payment that has been made less 10% cancellation fee ONLY if the house is re-rented. If renter cancels upon or after arrival due to unforeseen circumstances there is no refund available. We strongly recommend that renters purchase trip insurance for their own protection.
